Ranking Eligibility & Guardrails
To ensure data credibility, newly added streams are quarantined from premature rankings until they accrue sufficient telemetry history. Channels with incomplete data or under 80% coverage are explicitly labeled as Insufficient History rather than awarded unearned positions. "Fastest Growing" rankings will activate automatically once two consecutive 7-day comparative windows are recorded.
